Contact Form Fix

I have 2 websites with similar issues. When submitted the contact form information will send to some email addresses but not to some. Sometimes they are never received or sometimes they go to spam folder. I need someone who is good at this type of thing that can code the forms in a way so that they don’t get blocked or knows why they are getting blocked and can help client fix something on their end as far as their email settings.

The code is there just need someone to troubleshoot. I’m guessing an expert could fix very quickly. Code attached
