Consulting – performance optimation (lighthouse) – ReactJS

My programmer is that full with work – that i dont want to use his time (i guess 10-20h to read into dept) – how to optimize the performance of our website.
And i am sure I will find somebody in here – who can “consult” us – because he is super professional in that.

Dont tell me only – i need to make my pictures smaller 😉 (i know to make them smaller)
but i guess i need to have more tecnical advice to get better performance

What you need to do:
check “lighthouse”, find solutions to improve performance on our EXISTING webpages, know what to change – tell this my programmer – after programmer did the changes – controlling if everything is like you told him – and get the extra bonus.

how much i need from you as professional:
1. checking my 4 urls with lighthouse and finding good solutions (which are easy to code, easy to implant which helps to improve the performance) => 30 min – 1h
2. phone with my programmer to tell him – what he needs to change => 30min – 1h
3. controlling if the programmer did everything like you mentioned it. => 30 min – 1h
(4+5.) if 2 and 3 are not good results – talk with the programmer again (1h)

so all together.
in best case 1,5h – worst case – lets say 7h

What you might need to know:

I pay for the idea (a little bit)
and i pay great bonus for great results!!! (in the end of this description)

you dont need to programm – i just want you to consult the programmer

=> i will pay additional 100dolla

=> if we get all pages over 80
=> i will pay additional (to the 20 dolla for the idea) 200dolla

=> if we get all pages over 90
=> i will pay additional (to the 20 dolla for the idea) 300 dollars

=> if we get all pages over 95
=> i will pay additional (to the 20 dolla for the idea) 400 dollars
