Configure OpenVPN between two pfsense

Configure OpenVPN between two pfsense (lan-lan) using BGP to expose routes between routers.
The VPN must be openvpn with high encryption.

BGP is already configured and working with a VPN over IPSec, but we want to use a new VPN over OpenVPN.
