Conditional Order Completion Woocomerce Plugin

I am looking for a plugin that will allow conditional order completion if a customer has purchased a specific product/s

Example:
If the customer has bought a blue coat then keep the order status as processing.
If the customer has bought a red coat then allow the order to be compeleted.
