Compete Redesign old php site to web app. — 2

I need an existing website rebuilt. I need you to redesign and build a webapp with the same funtions as old PHP MySQL site, I’m looking for someone to complete everything from frontend and backend everything, web app, api to work web android/ iOS, deploy everything and integrate to our server, I would like someone with a lot of experience in node js and react.

I’ll provide link of old site in dm, so you can give a better exact price for job.
