Document Management

You can manage all your controlled documents within the application in accordance with your folder tree structure. It should be compatible with any file format. (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, PDF…)
Thanks to the batch transfer feature, all your documents should be able to be imported quickly and easily with all their information.
You can make authorizations on a folder basis or document basis. Each user should be configured to be able to operate on folders or documents for which he is authorized.
The necessary authorizations should be distributed to the Positions or User Groups that you need, with the privileges of Reading, Printing, Preparing/Revision, Viewing, Canceling, and Defining the Old Revisions, separated from each other.
Before your documents are published, they should be configured to pass the Control, Approval and Comment stages that you specify.
Your documents, which complete the entire flow, should be forwarded to the relevant user groups as “Documents to be Read”.
You will be able to view your pending jobs through the application, as well as being able to be aware of the jobs in your responsibility simultaneously with the mail integration.
With the End-of-Document Survey feature, you will be able to test whether your document has been read effectively or not, thanks to the Survey that you will place at the end of your desired document.
