Commission Processing Sheet

We need to track agent commission across different spilts per agent (8-15 agents) and different percents (Structure A or Structure B). This form/excel needs to have an drop down to chose a agent name (with their splits automatically in there), and commission structure A or B. Then we need places to hand fill in the agency fee that comes out, the sales price, commission percent on each deal, and expenses reimbursement.
