Conficius is gaining momentum in Belgium and the United Kingdom, and we currently have an interesting opportunity for a new position as a Commission Based Sales Officer in the United Kingdom. Your primary responsibility will be to expand our customer base in this area. This is an exciting moment to be a part of the Conficius journey and shape our company’s success, while transforming the entire industry.

This role is based wherever you like. You can work your magic from the comfort of your own home or any other location.

What you´ll do

Your primary responsibilities will be as follows:

Grow and maintain our customer portfolio while inspiring and educating the market (B2B customers, web retailers, and so on).
Drive lead cycle management (create, follow-up on, and close leads)
Maintain consistent sales reporting
Create long-lasting partnerships.
Maintain high levels of satisfaction.
During the sales process, work directly with our professionals.

You and your skills:

To be successful in this role we expect you to have:

A great understanding of buyer psychology
1 year of experience in sales
Excellent level of spoken and written English
A valid driver’s license (just in case)
Good knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint

You have an analytical mentality and excellent communication skills to inspire, educate, and lead customers through their move to Conficius. You are also a versatile individual with a can-do attitude who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic atmosphere. You are a very lively person, and rounding up deals empowers you. Last but not least, you are enthusiastic about marketing and people.
