-Proficient in using CoStar/Loopnet, MLS, RealNex Preferred
-Creating a monthly digital and print ready newsletter
-Create content with information provided by employer for social media platforms weekly
– Learn and manage Realnex CRM – will provide training videos
– Create and manage market analytics with provided criteria
-Lead gen data entry and extraction – will provide list
-Edit and manage YouTube videos regularly
-Manage and handle SEO and digital marketing
-LinkedIn proficient

Skills required for VA – professional, English proficient, college degree, proficient with Microsoft word, excel, publisher and PowerPoint, photoshop, adobe, Canva, Costar/LoopNet, MLS and YouTube worked with other Real estate CRMs preferred,
