Coding responsive templates

We have a desktop version ready, but responsiveness is missing. It’s up to us how to implement it.

1) Docker, docker-compose for run project
2) preproc for compile files
3) Gulp for concat files, js and scss
4) Jquery as main is lib
5) Php templates backend syntax
