Cockpit poster modification (Adobe Illustrator)
Project detail
FlyRight, an aviation training organization, needs an aircraft cockpit poster created. The poster is a very detailed graphical depiction of the actual airplane cockpit. We already have cockpit posters for several other aircraft that we created using Adobe Illustrator, and therefore have a library of components for the cockpit that can be used for the new cockpit. But there are still many instruments and configurations that vary from our existing posters and we therefore need an expert at Adobe Illustrator who can take one of our existing cockpit posters and use it as a “starting point’ to create the poster for the new cockpit, using photographs and subject-matter-experts to accomplish the task. Details are critical. Remote work is expected, but if you happen to be in our area then in-person work is also an option.
If you haven’t read the project requirements then your response/proposal will be instantly deleted. If you ARE reading this project overview, you’ll start your response / proposal with the word “Airplane”.
Attached are three files. One is an image of part of one of our existing computer generated image. (“CGI”) cockpit posters. There are also two photographs of actual aircraft cockpits. The actual photographs are used to create the CGI poster, with subject matter expert involvement for any variations from the photographs (ie. we may want to depict a different gauge readout on the poster from what the photo shows).
The gig could also be extended as we ultimately will modify many of the gauge and instrument readouts for use in powerpoint presentations.
