Client Care Manager

I am looking for a candidate who loves to be the solution to a. challenge, is super organized and. thorough and loves to stay in touch with potential clients that we can help in the future. Must haves are organization, phone skills, follow up and fluency in English and Portuguese languages. It is a plus if you are familiar with CRM’s and checklist systems like Asana to help you stay in touch and provide the customer service our clients deserve.
