Chelan tree house – 18/07/2023 13:38 EDT

Treehouse attached to five douglas firs .1.25 tabs with 6″ boss @ all trees with steel kicker below attached with 1.25 x 12″ galvanized Lag bolt. I can send pics if needed
I Have attached Documents For My Treehouse that I have so far .

I have already installed Main support beams (PDF “tree layout low support beams updated” ).
Have also installed Just the beams shown on (PDF “tree floor beam connections” ) TJI Joist and 2×12″ treated lumber not installed.
I Have stopped any work so far until I can get engineering complete so I can get a building permit .
As you will see I have a roof overhang @ 1′ – 6″.
I Have Arborist report.
The west side will have a large porch all framed with 2×12 treated lumber 16″ O.C and covered with composite decking materials, hand railing will be wood posts with cable 4″ O.C
I am looking to just get the exterior shell done (no interior walls with the exception of the two tree enclosures that will be open from ground to sky. (I’m still working on a good solution for this) .
All Exterior wall framing will be 2×6 fir
I will need structural drawings for the Chelan County building Dept to review

Please let me know what I can do or more information I can get you to keep cost down to a minimum .
