Chechen / Chechnyan translator for short video

As a non-profit hobby I run a YouTube channel where I translate and upload videos in languages that I know, and hire translators for the languages that I don’t know. I have a short 4-min video of which about 3 mins is Chechen / Chechnyan, and need this translating. The price is low but good relative to how small the job is. Transcription would be great but is not required.
