Character design and animation

This is a request for a series of short animations, either 2D or 3D.
Will require 6 characters to start with. 2adults (parents), 1 toddler boy, 1 younger girl, 1 cat.
Please quote considering it’s going to be a series of at least 5-10 videos.
If possible, please add a hand sketch of a character.
Please note, all source files and any copy rights should be transferred to me.
Please quote per minute of animation.
