Character Design

I am looking for someone to design a character for me, and I have a rough sketch that I’d like to use. This character should be human-like, and have a cartoonish style. I’m looking for someone highly creative that can bring my project to life, so a high quality of work is expected. I’ve attached an image of what I’m looking for. I need the same number of characters, to be placed in the exact same places as in the attached image. However, I’m looking for the characters to be more playful with a cartoonish quality. This is actually a puzzle so the placement of the characters is important. I will share more details later.
