CH582M PROGRAMMING IN ARDUINO OR MOUNRIVER IDE

Hello I am looking for guys who can program CH582M based board for an burglar alarm sort of system for my hobby project which uses PIR sensor, ultrasonic sensor,GPS and LORA system. I have the source code in Arduino and would provide that in C if required. I want you to assist me in integrating the code into the development board which I designed.
