CCTV Installation Services Provide App

Source code of the app will be our property. I want you to develop an Android app where people could book CCTV Installation services. There should be an option where people could post their CCTV installation, migration or repair requirements.
After they select their requirements, it will be posted on the app, like freelance projects are posted on freelancer app. All the requirements should be sent to CCTV installation engineers or service providers. Then they will quote their price for that service with their warranty or other details etc.
Buyer should have the option to post their requirements, brand-wise, or generic also.
Engineers or service providers will send their bid to buyer.
If buyer select any of the service, it’s notification should be sent to supplier or engineer.
Then buyer will have to make the payment and select the service taken slot.
Slot timings should be sent to engineer or service provider.
Service provider should have the option to give any discount to buyer or refund the money for anything.
Admin should have the right to refund full or partial amount from any of the payments from any supplier’s account.

Backend should be on firebase.

There should be Google Map integrated on the app, where buyer should get the exact timing of the suppliers location on Google map.
There should be e-commerce features to buy and sell CCTVs.
There should be page named ‘Nearby Stores’ where people can find out nearby CCTV shops on Google map with exact distance from them.
There should be a feature on app where people can find out accurate video quality of different megapixels of CCTV cameras before buying any camera.
