Project Scope and Goals:
Develop a car dealer website where car dealers can sign up and pay a small fee to access the platform.
Create a car marketplace with both fixed-price and auction ads.
Enable dealers to add new cars to the platform by entering the registration number, which will automatically bring basic car information from the state’s website using an API.
Allow dealers to fill in several information fields such as bought price, bought contract, publish ads on local marketplace, and export it to other marketplaces using an API.
Enable dealers to manage car expenses, upload pictures, and manage their users. Set ads as sold, active, archived
Enable dealers to send offers and contracts to their customers, along with invoices.
APIs for importing and exporting car data and ads.
MySQL for the database management system.
Website Design:
Create a superuser-friendly and visually appealing interface.
Incorporate branding elements into the design.
Create wireframes and mockups to guide the design process.
Website Development:

Integrate APIs to import and export car data and ads.
Develop custom API endpoints for managing auction and fixed-price ads. Multi bid on a singlepage
Develop a custom API endpoint for retrieving basic car information using the registration number.
Set up MySQL database to store all the necessary data.
Create a secure payment gateway for dealers to pay the signup fee.
Testing:
Thoroughly test the website for responsiveness, user-friendliness, and search engine optimization.
Test all features, including adding new cars, managing expenses, and sending offers and contracts.
Launch:
Launch the website once it has been fully tested.
Monitor performance and make updates as needed.
Provide customer support for dealers.
