Capture a video of interview at a university

I am speaking at a university event for 60 to 90 minutes. I need a simple video taken of the whole event.

The event is at 6 PM on Sunday 16th October. The location is: Tower Suites by Blue Orchid Hotels, 100 Minories, London EC3N 1LA.

There is no major rush on how soon after the event the video needs to be ready.
