CallMiner / Genesys integration

Looking for a knowledge developer to build an ingestion api integration to CallMiner speech analytics from Genesys Cloudp2 voice recordings. Subsequent projects to build api integration from Omilia chat and gmail ‘tickets.’

Experience with Genesys api preferred, but general api experience encouraged to apply – its all ones and zeroes, right? (Experience with speech analytics api’s a plus).

Prefer Python, Java is ok.

Scope of work includes passing individual voice recordings into CallMiner, along with certain other metadata.

We do a lot of these, so would love to arrive at a good working relationship that would generate you high-leverage, clear start / finish projects.
