Description:
We are a SAAS company specializing in processing call recordings for compliance and call monitoring. We have an API that allows users to send meta-data and calls for compliance and analysis processing. We are looking for an experienced developer to help us build integrations with various call providers such as Aircall, ConnexOne, TalkDesk, and 8×8, using their public APIs.
Project Requirements:
– Strong experience in Python and building microservices on AWS.
– Proven experience working with various API integrations, preferably with call providers.
– Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
– Willingness to take on the challenge of integrating with multiple call providers and CRMs in future projects.
The main objective of this project is to collect calls from the aforementioned call providers and push them to our API for processing. The solution should be built as a standalone microservice on AWS, deployable by our clients, and scalable for different client requirements.
Please note that testing will need to be conducted via the providers’ sandbox environments, as live account API access will not be available.
