Calculating WP Form Via Plugin

Here is some more detail. I am hoping that a form with calculator ability can work for this and I am MORE than happy to pay for time for someone to tell me the best solution and how to do it myself, if that is more feasible and works for you. Just a thought.

Here are the details and a sample spreadsheet attached:

The first score is an individual score for 6 separate Components for which the user chooses 1 of 4 Indicators that by a simple formula calculates a separate score for each of those 6 categories

There is a graphic for each of the 6 components.

The second score is calculated by a simple formula from the 6 scores from the Components so this means that the 6 scores for the Components must be retained by the “form” to calculate the final score.

This needs to be available online and I would house it on subdomain with WordPress installed as that seems that maybe the easiest solution using a plugin for a form that can handle these calculations.

It would be fine if the first set of calculations and the final calculation showed at the same time in the page with even a spreadsheet look if a form does not work.

Simple but visibly appealing is best.

This must also render well on mobile as most of the users will NOT have a computer and will access it on a phone; hence why I thought a form might be best.

Let me also add, that as this client is in Bolivia the budget is tight due to the fact that they are a nonprofit. As such I am willing to entertain solutions that are economical and that we could amp up in early 2021.

I would be willing to pay for a consultation or 2 or 3 or however else you would bill your time if you feel there is an out-of-the-box solution (like a WP plugin) that I could use and you could just walk me through it so that I could set it up. I have good technological skills designing and setting up sites with Woo-Commerce, various WP Themes and my own online travel agency with online sales.

The need for this is rather urgent as they need to deliver this solution to the Bolivian government entity that oversees their work. With that said, December 22th is the date that I would need it to be working.

I have not set up the subdomain on their server but have a testing domain on my server that can be used.

Column A
The 6 Components and basic descriptions for first sets of calculations.

Column B
Detailed Description of the the 6 Components

Column C
The 4 Indicators (one has 5) of which a value of between 0 and 4 is selected for each 6 categories.

Column D
The Criteria for the user’s evaluation. The response he or she would give to each of the 4-5 indicators for each of the 6 Components.

Column E
Test column to enter Indicator evaluation criteria to test formulas in Columns F and G

Column F
The Component Subindex comprise of the users choices of 1-4 for each of the 4 Criteria for each of the 6 Components. HAS FORMULA

Column G
The total score of the 6 Component Scores from Column F. HAS FORMULA

The images for each COMPONENT are to the right of the aforementioned columns. These are to merely guide the user in his or her choice of the 1-4 criteria for the Indicators
