cad designer

i have some rough drawings that i need to be made into a stl files or pdf (depending on what you can do) to send to my manufacturers. i was working with a cad designer before that used the rhino software which i loved because it made my pieces look so realistic and clear.
i am looking to get started right away and really need someone that has the time to work on this project and is reliable.
