Buoy Tracker

Designing a GPS tracker for a waterborne system. Unit must be watertight to a depth of perhaps 150′. Will house electronics with rechargeable battery pack. Looking for an experienced mechanical designer who knows injection molding as we feel the case will want to be some form of plastic. Estimated case size is roughly the size of a deck of cards.

Also may be looking for a contractor who is expert in Antenna selction
