Bulk Mail Campaign on Private Server

I need someone who can run Bulk mail campaign for me from his server. I have done some mail campaign but unfortunately all going to spam of recipients. so I need someone who has private server who can run the mail campaign directly from his server and all mail to be deliver to recipient inbox.
