Building my mum a home

I am looking to have a medium-sized home built for my mum. The project will require 3-4 bedrooms for her and any other family members who may visit. I have already found a contractor and now I need help in creating the project plans and documentation for the build. I’m looking for a freelancer who has experience in managing projects of this level and who can guide me through the process. I am also looking for someone who is time conscious and can work with me to ensure a smooth and efficient build.
