Building 2D plan and structural design with 3D elevation

I am looking for a skilled professional to assist me in designing a 2D plan and structural design for my residential building. The ideal candidate should have experience in creating 3D elevations as well.

The plot is a north facing plot (north west corner) with 35 length and 35 breadth
Length of plot can be considered as 37 as it is unofficially 2 feet extra . Main wall should come within 35 feet length and the extra 2 feet can be considered for balcony .I am not looking for a duplex

Small living room 150 sq ft
Bedroom 160 sq feet
Common staircase to go to first floor (external stair outside main door)

First floor

Kitchen 110 sq feet (south east )
Master bedroom 160 sq feet (south west)
Hall 300 sq feet
Second bedroom 120 sq feet and above
Pooja room 16 sq feet(4*4)
Master bedroom attached bathroom
1 common bathroom

Second floor

Headroom and tank

Purpose of the Building:
– Residential

Terrain:
– Flat

Materials:
– Concrete

Ideal Skills and Experience:
– Proficiency in architectural design and drafting software
– Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
– Experience in designing residential structures
– Ability to create 3D elevations
– Attention to detail and ability to accurately interpret building plans
– Strong communication skills to collaborate with the client and other professionals involved in the project
