Build simple ecommerce website (under 5 items) SEO — 2

I need someone to take my website from Go Daddy and re-create it into a much simpler ecommerce site, as well as do perfect SEO. I already have 180-200 sales per month of the same product on Amazon, and I am trying to get away from Amazon as I cannot make money anymore on that platform. After doing the easy website and SEO, I would like to do Facebook and Instagram ads on a monthly basis. For the right person this is a long term project, with a monthly budget starting at $200 but can increase substantially with the right person.
