Build responsive WordPress Full stack developer

Overall Requirement!
Looking for full stack web developers for my projects, I will provide selected freelancer with some existing WordPress themes and based on those we need design created for our website. Selected freelancer must be aware how to changing functionality based on marketing need, link building, page creating etc.
Website should be a well-lit place for the site visitors to firstly be drawn in by an uncluttered landing page with powerful visuals. I would be open to discussing a custom web application, but huge plus if this can all be done from within WordPress. I’ll need this to integrate with Elementor Website Builder – WordPress plugin as well, as that’s how I will be designing the front end of the website.

Website Requirements:
– Create PDF’s that automatically sent off the administrator and client after a request is set, finished with pictures of the chosen items’.
– Track stock by means of standardized identification/QR scanner
– Mention plugins you would use for this project and it’s compatibility with Woo commerce/Elementor Website Builder – WordPress plugin.
