Build react Native and Laravel for chef booking — 2

Need developer with more than 6 years experience in React native and Laravel. Able to use linux cpanel on the server. It need to use react native app for mobile app in IOS and android together with web panel website on Laravel. Need Laravel for admin backend web panel. Developer need to create API in the admin backend web panel with database. We have figma design for you to use on some part, but if anything missiing then developer need to design on any page that is missing if needed. Developer need to build the entire react native mobile app with laravel website admin backend. Developer need to upload mobile app to google playstore and apple store. Need multi-language English/Thai

It need the following function

chef, entertainer, room booking for user
dashboard on order, financial and chat
GPS mileage charge and driver tracking like UBER
KYC register/login and profile upload with picture and video
Payment gateway with bank mobile
SOS emergency that tell location of user
Referral/Coupon

Webpanel admin backend on laravel:

1. upload image and video for chef, entertainer and room profile
2. Need dashboard for customers, chef, entertainer with order, calendar, booking, inbox, deposit, withdrawn, invite friend
3. able to block and hold all user
4. Financial transaction with graph and number for amount of sales, transaction, refund, hold, release
5. travel mileage with GPS like UBER
6. review and feedback
7. invite chef and entertainer
