1-if his e-mail is already in my Database and Activated unlock the content of the app like login
2- if his email is not in my database send him for link to add his email and activate it (https://e-booko.com)

it must acceptable by google play policies

This app will be 3 levels of train
It will be like posts I will add text and small ima how to to this train
