Build me WordPress website

Hi All,

We are Gold and precious jewelry buyers and I want to have an online presence. Hence I want a website that is highly SEO friendly, fast and meets my following minimum requirements and others which will be finalized before awarding the project.

1. Must be in WordPress (Free Theme) and must be Fully developed and built in Elementor – Mandatory.
2. GTMETRIX Score must be A+ – Mandatory
3. Must have features of the reference website which I will be discussing with you

4. My Website must be wooCommerce ready with Cart.
5. My website must-have feature for users to signup for their account and then users can have their own profile portal where they can upload their documents/other information which I will be discussing and informing in the chat.
6. As per the reference websites (which will be discussed further) – Live precious metal rates, Buying selling calculator, Graphs as mentioned, Google map link for address, WhatsApp/chat feature, Social media handles, and other user-related functionalities.
7. Website must be RETINA Crystal sharp.
8. Website must be 100% responsive across all platforms.
9. You must design and send me the GUI layout of my website after checking out the references I shared above and you must make my website design accordingly. Once I like the GUI and website design we are good to go. if I don’t like the website layout and design, you must refund the money. No conditions are attached. You will not hold the money regardless of any amount of time or effort invested by you.
10. After completion support for a year to make changes/addition to the website.
Note; This is time restricted project I need it to be fully live within 2 weeks of the project award.
