Build me an iOS app/excel

I need a developer who understands option strategy analysis and calculator and programming. I want to have live feed of US stocks/ options on excel/sheet where I can enter various strategies in excel/sheets and I can see updates are refreshed with live prices every 5 seconds.

I want similar functionality as marketxls.com on my iPhone.

The app will be showing me live data feeds of US equity and option prices.

OptionStrat and OPC (just a calculator) are similar apps.
