Build me an iOS & Android App that could also work using a website — 2

I’m looking for someone to build an app that works on both iOS and Android. It should also be able to work using a website. It’s essentially a search engine for specific niche that I have in mind that’ll use google database for answers to queries.

I’m looking for a full-time developer who could have the same vision as the company to build this project.

Developer should be able to work independently with minimal supervision and guidance and should be able to build things from scratch and not be afraid of re-inventing the wheel when it comes to it.
