Build me an application & website for rent an sale real estate with Dart and Flutter!

We want an application that allows us to rent and sell apartments and houses.

Users, property managers or private individuals must be able to register in order to create an account. You will then be asked to buy a slot package, which can be increased from a single to an unlimited amount. The more monthly slots you want to buy, the less the costs for the individual slots. You can then pay by credit card, Peypal or Twint (Swiss contactless payment).

an upgrade (premium package can be added) for the individual slots at any time or the users (property managers) can buy up to a maximum of 5 premium packages per month so that the premium areas are not overloaded.

Users should be able to activate, archive and reactivate their offers in a simple manner.

Each individual offer has its own slot number, which can be entered and found using the search bar in the main menu. however, only the active offers can be found using this number. The number is displayed as a reference number in order to be able to find the offer immediately after an inquiry and to discuss it with the interested party.

The slots will be activated after receipt of payment. Either you buy the slots every month or you buy them annually.

When activating an offer, the following fields must be filled. Title, for example, bright 3.5 room apartment, 85m2 in Zurich. Description of the property: How many rooms? Bathroom? Square meters? Balcony? Outside parking? Place? Address? Reference date? Rent? Additional costs? Total price? With a click (contact) you get to the text fields in which you can enter your personal details and ask questions about the apartment / house and leave your Phone number for calls.

Interested parties and app users should be able to search individually, which means that in the advanced search you can find the number of rooms (from to), costs (from to), buy or rent, location (several locations can be selected), apartment / house / bijou / attic apartment / Maisonette apartment, Only advertisements with prices, Only advertisements with pictures, Only advertisements with video viewing are allowed.

we also need a good place for special offers in a noble and beautiful way. When activating the offer, users should be asked whether they would like to appear with their offers in the slide (top layer of the application) through Premium Upgrade (with a surcharge).

the app should be designed in German and English. If this is not possible, the basis will be produced in English and then translated into German by another developer. Attached you will find photos of which basic applications the app should have.
