Build me an App

It needs to be an easy to use app. The app will be a service that can be used during gatherings or being with friends and family. Every person that wants to watch a movie gets on the app and gets to pick a genre. After picking a genre you get to see the movies from the genres that are picked. Every person gets to like or dislike the movie (like Tinder) until every persons liked the same movie and they get a match.
