Build me an android Antivirus (With TensorFlow)

I want an experienced Java/TensorFlow developer to build an Android antivirus from scratch (Custom antivirus modules). I want to create something like a copy of this: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.intelliav
Using the method I attached pdf file. I want you to teach me how to update the module. The Android antivirus must be at least 90% efficient and max 5% false reports. The app must be done

in Sketchware (Download: https://www.mediafire.com/file/989up6hj5i89kak/Sketchware_Pro_6.3.0_fix1.apk/file) (block programing) (You can use add source directly block to add Java code to the app without having to use the blocks). When you have a working antivirus in sketchware I will tell you how to send it to me. Real time protection is a voluntary in option A).

The Antivirus must have Real time protection if you chose B).

You can chose if option A) or B).
So basically when you push scan button it scans all apps using the TensorFlow module. I know that this is a hard project but the price should be about 8€
