Build me a WordPress / Elementor Website — 3

I need a WordPress Website Functions & Pages Built with Elementor Pro. Design Files are attached.
Website is Similiar to a Blog/ Review Site with Like, Dislike & Voting Features

01. Three Page/Post Types – Post(Lists), Topics(This Includes a Few Lists Posts), Categories
02. Each Topic Should Have a Rating System. (Like Google Play Store. Not Much Advanced. View Artboard 4)
03. Each Post/ List has Like/ Dislike Feature at the Bottom.
04. When user view a Topic, The User can see the number of likes for all the Posts/ Lists in the List View ( Artboard 2 IMG)
05. Posts/ Lists Should be automatically Gone in re-order with Users Like Dislike Features
06. Every user has vote function in lists. A user can vote up a topic only 1 time.
07. Every user has rating function in topics. only 1 time.
08. Admin has unlimited vote and rating function

Note – Only signed in users can vote or rating and review
