Build me a website – job portal

Need a simple website for recruiters and job seekers

1 – Great looking landing page with 2 options – for job-seekers, for recruiters
2 – Job seekers portal should show available jobs (to be created by a simple uploader or admin panel with basic auth) – should have basic filters like city, location, salary, area – call-centre, operations etc)
3 – Login with phone and otp (need integration with otp provider)
4 – About us page of recruitment process with great looking graphics showcasing ‘how it works’
5 – When job seeker is opted in–> login with phone + otp, upload CV, mention some details like salary expectation, area of expertise, years of experience
6 – recruiters should be able to post the needs, which should be captures in a db and be made accesible for viewing to us.
7 – the backend should have a proper db structure capturing above needs
8 – should be hosted on aws, with proper security considerations
