Build me a website a PHP or ASP developer to building this web site (First Stage).

I want to build a personal website where I can publish my text articles. My articles are written in Arabic language and they related to Islamic and Arabic cultures. I want someone to design an Arabic style.
In brief, my website is simple, It has 3 menu items;

1- Home Page, which is the main page ( I might change its contets every 3-4 weeks).
2- Articles ( it goes to a page where it has a link to each page of my articles ).
3- Contact: that has webform.

Now, the most important thing for me is to see a nice design. Please, if you have a previous experience with such designs or websites, then please send a picture or send me an address of a website.
