Build me a website

We need a newswebsite in English. We already have a website running in Dutch and this new website has to be a look-alike. It has to be build in WordPress, have a clean, clear and fresh look and most of all a clear navigation. The news has to be divided in regions and in categories. In articles we need to be able to publish videos (youtube, vimeo), social media streams and images. Budget 2.000 euros. Website ready in early januari 2021
