Build me a web app on Azure

App Functionality:

It’s mostly a bookings management application, cutsomized slightly for our specific needs. Admin sets up new restaurants and assigns restaurant admins to those. Restaurant admins update availability. Users book the slots, make payments. While booking the slot, user should be allowed to upload a video file.

Tech Requirements:

Angular based SPA for front-end. ASP Net Core Web API for backend. Entirely on Azure with Azure Blob Storage for file storage, Azure SQL for database and AKV as needed. I prefer Azure AD for user authentication but am flexible on this requirement.
