build me a simple website on wix that will have a submission form in html and javascript associate with it. The form connects through an api. I need it to have a free trial one time, and then paid each time they use the service. So I will need to collect email and have users create an account which is stored in a database.

After the form submission they should be able to print out the results from the form.
