Build me a platform game in unity 2d

I have this project to do for my Game programming class and it needs to be submitted by the 25th of this month which is Wednesday before 11:30 pm. And I need a document too how should I be describing the game. I’ve attached images below of what all is required in the game. Make sure the game is in 2D and not 3D.
