Build me a Mobile App For Doctor Appointment

I want to have a Mobile app to for appointment and applications to be scheduled and have a daily summary of my total out come in USD or any Other currency (I should add the exchange rate manually daily), I want to check a calendar to see todays appointments, as no one can make appointment in the day she/he applies, except for emergency cases, and I want to see total out come and total information of the patients, the app consist of 2 parts, Doctor panel and the patient appointment app, the Application is multi language, the project should be fully documented.
