TITLE: Worldwide Newspaper Hub: App / Online Platform

I am looking for a writer that can build me a mobile app and write a report of 11 000 words about it.

The idea is to build an app that can be used worldwide by all the newspapers and magazines agency which, in order to post their newspaper or magazines in the app, they must pay a montlhy fee. Also readers must pay a monthly fee in order to gain acces to the data.

The agencies can create their personal pages where they can add online accessible formats of multiple newspapers or magazines from their country.

The idea is to create an app where they can upload daily newspapers and magazines instead of printing them on paper, in order to facilitate a person to read a newespaper or a magazine from India, Germany, Italy, Spain and so on…, even if that person is currently located in America (as an example). Like to be worldwide accessible.

The app must contain any type of newspaper/magazines, from at least 10 different countries, as for example: if I would like to read a newspaper from India, I can pay the monthly fee and simply access it online through the app. In this way we facilitate ease of acces for different readers and magazines/newspapers publishers. and from the ecological point of view the use of paper will decrease very much.

The app could have multiple features, like:
– a newspaper from Germany or China can be automatically translated into english language, which makes it easily to understand;
– user login
– add payment methods for online purchase
– write a review option
– post a comment on the articles option
– customer support chat box
– google maps localisation in order to access magazines or newspapers from the local area of interest.
– ideally is the app to be built from scratch if possible;
– it must be Android App;
