Build me a mobile app and a website

I am starting up an online cleaning business.

The project will need a mobile app and website, which allows you to book a domestic cleaner to come to your house. Similar to the app Uber eats.

User will type in their postcode and look for a cleaner in their area. Each cleaner will have their own profile (name, age, experience and picture of themselves and previous work) on the app. Once the user books the cleaner I want the user to be able to see how far away the cleaner is from the location once they leave to their destination and give an estimated time of arrival.

The user will need to set up an account before accessing the app, this will include name, email, age and gender.
