Build me a Comp Tool Software

I need someone to create real estate comp tool software for me. Looking to integrate Zillow API, Redfin API, Realtor.com API, Nationwide Public Record, and MLS data integration as well.

I’m not a developer, and have no knowledge of what this will take on the back end. I’ll have plenty of questions so someone with patience is a necessity. I will want to know what server/hosting costs will look like, any ongoing maintenance costs, and any other incurred costs that I will need to pay moving forward.

I’m hoping to work with someone who has experience in creating a real estate comp tool, or something very similar. Upon contact I will send a video of another comp tool and I would like to build something similar but better, by providing more data.
