Build me a Classified and E-ecommerce Website

Start up project not sure how big or small the take of might be,
I want to create a fully functional Classified Wedsite allowing community members and small businesses to sell products, cars, rent property, secondhand goods etc.
The home page i would like my own ecommers setup standard 10 products, will be using Ecwid, Setup in the very first view of a user.
Below that and insight of user i would like a big search bar and on the left of that a drop down with all the catagories, below that will be catagories, which will ultimately be populated by people who sign up and advertise there products for free,

Ultimately im looking to build a site like gumtree.co.za with a few of my own ideas,
want something eye catching and modern , user friendly User Interface.
